8 Week Program
This program is made up of pelvic health education including bladder health, bowel health, sexual health and vulva health advice. There is also nutrition advice to aid with prolapse and some interviews with experts. There is 8 weeks of progressive exercises to build up your pelvic floor muscles and core muscles, so that they can support your prolapse from underneath as well as functionally when you move and exercise. These are proven exercises used with thousands of women with prolapse and other pelvic floor issues to help them get control of their pelvic health.
